Some time ago I did a studio session with a great bunch of guys from the band Notorious. This guys went for the whole enchilada, with full make-up and hair. We had a ton of laughs and I think we created some standout work. As I was digging around today I thought it was time I shared some shots from that session. If you’ve been in the Ottawa Valley for awhile you might of heard of these guys! They’ve been around and can be found at a pub near you from here to the ‘Frew. They’ve got tons of riffs, style and experience to make any event a success. Take a few minutes and check them out at www.sidewinderband.ca You’ll be impressed with their song lineup and samples.
Our shoot had lots of laughs and carrying on (OK, it was mostly me). This is a bunch of great guys that were a total pleasure to work with. If you’ve got an upcoming event that needs some shuffle or groove launch a Sidewinder at it.
Canada Day Rocks! We always manage to have a great time on Canada day. This year we hit the Kanata celebrations at Walter Baker Park. April Wine rocked the grounds and moved the crowd followed by a fireworks display.

Yesterday afternoon/evening I had the privilege of going to hear and photograph a group of young men who tore up the stage at O’Reilly’s in Perth. “Second Vice” presented a nice mix of original and cover tunes in a high-energy entertaining set for the standing room only crowd at the pub.
