3rd Annual Fall Rhapsody Photowalk Followup

After three years of hosting this wonderful, seasonal walk all I can say is wow! It was a fantastic group and I’ve already seen some fantastic images from this years crew.

There were numerous highlights of our walk, but among the fondest were the new folks I met on this walk. Combine this with a few familiar faces and the odd guy recovering from a back injury and you have the perfect recipe for a wonderful morning outdoors with cameras in hand. I’m already looking forward to next years Fall walk.

Whoa!  Before I get ahead of myself…stay tuned for the first ever DHP Winter Photowalk. No details just yet but I’ll post them just as soon as they come together.

So until then, grab your camera and get outside before all the leaves are gone. Go make some image magic!

Worldwide Photo Walk Followup

Again this year I lead one of the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walks here in Ottawa.  It was a cool damp day but we had a great turnout!  Everyone one was positive and encouraging and the walk went very well.  Here’s our fantastic group from the walk!

We’ve created a flicker group for our walk images.  If you’d like to see some of what was captured on the walk surf on over to our group.  If you’ve never taken part in a photowalk you’re missing a truly enjoyable event. All you need is an enjoyment of photography and a camera of any type to take part.  Keep an eye one our Photowalk page for more upcoming walks.

Worldwide Photo Walk 2011

In just one week we’ll be at it again and having a blast. Scott Kelby’s Annual Worldwide Photo Walk is a great way to get out with others of all levels who share a passion for photography.

The walk I’m leading is all filled up at the moment but there is a waiting list.  Visit the Photo Walk site and do a search for a walk in your area.  There’s no better way to spend a few hours than to take part in one of these walks.

Again this year we’re bringing you the Dale Hogan Photography (DHP) Fall Rhapsody PhotoWalk.  Last year we had a great time and this year it’ll be even better ’cause you’re going to join us.
