Non stop hilarity. That’s the only way I can begin to describe the incredibly enjoyable time I had with Julia, Caleb, Zoe, Gemma, Dominic & Jared. Each of them brought so much fun and personality to our session that I was running non-stop trying not to miss a moment. It was a privilege to work with each of them and the entire crew as a whole. Thanks for the great memories gang, you guys were great!
This young man is a special little guy who just graduated from Kindergarden. We had so much fun hamming it up together that I think mom was about to give us both a time out. Congratulations of your graduation!
This was such a fun and memorable shoot. It’s a great way to mark this milestone of achievement.

Not surprisingly I’m the camera guy in my house. That means there are loads of pictures of everyone else but me. This has gone on for far too long, so I’m taking matters into my own hands. Yesterday, I had a little time after finishing up some processing on a couple of shoots and the studio wasn’t booked. I thought it was time to play around a little and get creative. I had a blast creating some self-portraits. The time went by in a flash (grin).
I accomplished two things during this process. First, I was able to get some pictures of me and second (for my photographer friends out there) I was able to play around with my pre-release cable and do some remote triggering of my camera and strobes. It’s a lot of fun to think outside the box with regard to camera position and remote triggering. I think I’ll make this an ongoing project as I get time.

It’s OK winter is over, don’t Panic! I just thought that a timely reminder of from whence we came might perk everyone up on a cool morning in May when we seem to be well below the temperatures we’re used to. So, if you happen to be blue about our current weather here in Ottawa, just remember what it was like a few short months ago and smile. Have a great day!
