Dear DYMO,
Where in the world is the driver for your DiscPainter and Snow Leopard? It’s more than a little overdue. After all, Snow Leopard was launched on August 28, 2009 I think it’s time to set things right and get it done.
I have to give Dymo a failing grade with regards to supporting the Mac community. It’s very weak to have no drivers for Snow Leopard at this point (February 14th, 2010 as I write this) I waited this long to install Snow Leopard just so I could avoid this type of problem. I neglected to check whether DiscPainter was compatible with os 10.6 – I just assumed. Now I’m stuck with a few projects, and no way to print the DVDs. I’ve been on the fence about this product by Dymo ever since I bought it. Now I’m off the fence. I should have listened to that old maxim – you get what you pay for. The DiscPainter was relatively cheap, and so is the support of their product. Nice goin Dymo.
I concur. I’m stuck waiting for this update. If I went out and bought another printer, the update would come up the next day. I have to wait it out. Hurry up, Dymo!
