As a family we did a last minute weekend away camping, at the end of the first week back to school. We’d been trying to get away all summer, but had to cancel on a number of occasions. Life sometimes has obstacles that can’t be leapt over. Anyway, we had a great time and I am so grateful that I got some time to spend with my family, unplug and be outside for an extended period.
Here are a few early morning and evening moments from our trip. Which one is your favourite?
Hey, in case you’re wondering, we ended up staying at BonaVista Campground just outside of Cobden. It caters mostly to trailers but does offer some spots for tenters like us. I have to say we had a blast and we’re extremely impressed with the facilities. Best of all, Robert and Louise who own and run the facilities are two of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. We give BonaVista two thumbs up!
