Stittsville Parade of Lights

Being that this is our first Christmas in Stittsville we’re excitedly getting into the Christmas spirit and trying to take in our communities festivities.  Toward that goal we attend this year’s Parade of Lights on Saturday November 29, 2008.

In preparation we brewed up a yummy batch of hot chocolate and headed out the door.   The crowd was upbeat, friendly and excited to get a glimpse of Santa.  It was truly enjoyable to particiapate with a such a warm, neighbourly community event.

Here are a few of the moments we captured to share with you, enjoy!

  • great shots dale they capture all the spirit of the moment

  • The parade looks like so much fun! And I can’t even tell how cold it is from the photos. ;-)

The kids look like they are completely full of awe and wonder, and that’s exactly how it should be this time of year. I really love your documentary style. These are great, Dale. :)
